So it has been a week since no CGM. It was at the same time I was dealing with frustration and emotionally ate (gained a couple of pounds and delayed my blood work). Looking forward to Tia’s CC today. One of the things I do to help prevent emotional eating is to find solutions to the situational frustrations. This week another event was frustrating. I was able to surmise that the emotion was frustration and was from not being heard. I tried counseling, yet that did not really help. Yet, the most important take, when solutions and/or control of the situation is not available is to not allow it to slow me down; to move forward. I have allowed people to hold me back and it is a process, but am improving.
