Got in 60 minutes of sauna and 40 minutes of warm pool walking. This afternoon is weights and bike day! I'm excited about the new week and routine. Yesterday my landscaping guy who comes in Spring to catch up on the bushes, trees and weeding stopped by. He hasn't seen me since October. When I stepped outside, he stepped back and said: "WOW, man! You've lost a lot of weight? Are you doing okay?" LOL
