I think I’m having some success stabilizing my sugar I haven’t done a finger prick to verify the sugar numbers but I’m looking at stability The one for 125 is today the 2nd one was a couple weeks ago and it’s one of the better ones I started taking ashawanda for cortisol reduction Ceylon cinnamon/mct aged garlic berberine and l made more l-rueteri yogurt I was doing l-rueteri a while back but it stopped working for me but I’m thinking it might be cortisol related because I can’t figure any other answers So now my cortisol is coming down and sugar is stabilizing so let’s see what happens The problem with supplements is finding some that are not loaded with junk My last berberine had dextrose in it which made me furious when I found that out Much of the cinnamon is not Ceylon I have found AI to be useful in finding real quality supplements
