Exercise day complete 03-19-2026 60 minutes sauna. 45 minutes pool walking, stretching and bending. 30 minutes 3 reps of 10 each on 6 different machines. 5 miles on the stationary bike. Approximately 3,000 steps. It was kind of funny, I wanted to put on a tank top for the weights and bike ride this afternoon, I realized the only thing I had in the vehicle I was driving was a 4X in the back seat. I put it on and 126lbs later since I bought it, I felt like I was wearing a dress! LOL
