Figured I'd join the Exercise Accountability Group. As I've continued to lose weight, my desire and ability to move has increased. My movement routine is 60 minutes every morning in the sauna and 45-60 minutes of pool walking, stretching and bending 6 days a week, plus weight lifting and stationary bike of at least 5 miles every other day. Today I did 60 minutes sauna and 45 minutes pool exercise.
