Morning Check In: yesterday went well! I’ve been experimenting with an egg wrap recipe which is just about perfected and I’m looking forward to trying it again today. Dinner will be steak! And half of a sweet potato made into fries in the oven. It’s a higher carb day today! Exercise: bike ride and a walk. And some yard work. And avoid prolonged sitting with some little “exercise snacks.”
