Yesterday I was rolling along with another decent sugar level day that included a hamburger patty and a beef stick mid day light lunch. At dinner I got a little adventurous and tried to make a keto stir fry where I reduced the starch and honey to less than half what the recipe called for. I had a short lived 40 point rise. That calmed right back down to the 100 range. Funny that my line had those bumps like 3 times a day. Now they really stand out and force me to reflect. Today another light lunch followed by a more keto friendly dinner!
