I love days when I never break out of my green zone of 70 - 126. Yesterday from advice from @RichL & @Sar8ken to eat a small meal mid day. Yesterday I had a carnivore bar, and a chomps beef stick at 11 am. No sugar rise, and much easier to make it to dinner! So going forward my plan is 1.5 meals every day!
