Quick line post. I always can trace my line back to the day before. Ate to the point of feeling really full on Monday nights one meal. Made pork panko/ w Parmesan cheese fried chicken tenderloins. I ate a large portion. Held my line up a little on Tuesday until it dropped back down over the afternoon. Overall I’m still happy where my line is. OMAD today and tomorrow.
