That’s a wrap folks! 87 hour fast complete! At 72 hours last night I was debating about keeping on going or breaking but once I got past a certain time the decision was made for me! I wasn’t truly hungry & my typical eating window was closed so onward we went! Gonna add food slowly although I’ve never had an issue but this is also my longest fast to date. Food plan = probably about 30 minutes apart for each ⬇️ 1) Finish my coffee w/cream 2) A hard boiled egg 3) Ground beef Tonight is out to dinner at Red Robin! Easiest place ever to stay keto!! Red’s double burger (previously known as the Red’s Tavern double), no bun lettuce wrapped, no Red’s sauce add mustard, no American cheese sub cheddar (or ??) add pickles & onions if you like them. Current favorite side is broccoli w/garlic & Parmesan. 😋 This meal did NOT spike my CGM. I used to do a side salad but then you have to deal with the salad dressing part & to be honest the amount of lettuce they put your burger in IS a salad so why duplicate… 🤷♀️ Have a great Friday y’all! 😎☀️😋
