Morning Check In: yesterday went well! Today is another very busy day and I won’t get to the gym. I may have time to ride my bike, though, and/or take a few walks. Today 1.5 meals, protein for lunch (when I say “protein for lunch,” I literally mean ONLY protein for lunch! Like a piece of chicken, for instance, or eggs.) Well, ok, there is some fat in both…but still…. No sugar/no flour, but there will be a starch in the sweet potato with dinner! Since I have reversed my T2, I employ “carb cycling” to occasionally add carbs to my day without destroying my overall blood sugar average.
