Morning Check In: I ended up in the ER with my elderly mother for 10 hours yesterday, so all plans went to heck in a handbasket! On the plus side, my blood sugar was fabulous since I ate nothing until I got home at 9:00 pm, and then just ate some yogurt with pumpkin seeds in it. I probably should have just eaten nothing and called it a really long fast, but I was afraid I wouldn’t sleep and I was exhausted. Today will be two meals, protein for lunch, no sugar/no starch/lower fat meals. Not sure about exercise yet - everything I was going to do yesterday got rescheduled for today, so super busy!
