NSV Sunday! Made it to PF early this morning. 1 hour and 20 minutes of sustained exercise. Combination of weights, Kettlebells, treadmill and good Ole walking! My core is getting stronger now that my knee is healed and I have been gradually working on strengthening it, improving my gait and balance. I am preparing myself for hiking trails and outdoor activities this Spring and Summer! I'm so excited with the improvements to my metabolic health these past months, I want to shout it from the rooftop sometimes π
