Update on fasting: one day, I did 23 hours, another day around 18 hours fast. I did not record it so not totally accurate: a few days OMAD in which I would have tea with cream and stevia for a few hours after eating - one of those days I found cassava chips in the locker at work - whelp - no longer there:(. So I had long windows of eating, as long as 6 to 8 hours or you can call it snacking, I reckon. Another few times in those windows, I ate the chocolate next to the receptionist. I had considered texting in the "Get Help Now", but did not. That led into Halo ice cream within the 6 to 8 hours. No longer Halo even though it might have only raise the sugar a few numbers. My average sugar is 101. I am pre-diabetic in my last a1c which was end of December. I want to lower my sugar for next doctor's visit on March 18th and continue to do some extended fasting other than the OMAD. I downloaded the Zero app yesterday and am gearing towards a 24 hour fast over the weekend. Not sure if I will do TMAD or OMAD till then. I try to listen to my body and also what my schedule is. Being a vegetarian, it is challenging to eat 100 grams of protein. I have been experimenting with Myfitnesspal and Cronometer to record the macros. If anyone suggests one over the other, I am interested in your feedback. I am increasing eggs and have poached them to make them pretty. Some images of my meals:
