I manipulated the easy fast app to track my fast without all the features which is good enough for me! It’s a few minutes off my fault but close enough! I did find it rough physically working yesterday afternoon with low energy. I drank 3 bottles of water throughout the afternoon with Re-Lyte packets helped a little but it was rough. I purposely ate lite on Wednesdays meal to see the result. Good sugar line yesterday but low energy.
