Although my overall goal of average blood sugar of 100, and I was able to achieve that OMAD for the first two weeks but I have found my average being closer to 105/110 over 30 days. I have to be realistic and still strive for my 100 goal but I need to celebrate that any average under 116 my current 90 day average is a really good number and that number is in a real hard to achieve range for someone who suffered with T2D for 22+ years. My goal hasn’t changed but there will certainly be no beating myself up over not getting to 100. My struggles are with meal size of my one meal. I get almost shaky preparing my one meal. I need to slow down my eating, and give my body a chance to realize I have eaten!
