The start of week 3 OMAD Monday through Friday! On Saturday I planned on 2 meals but ended up kinda snacking a meal over a few hours. Then ate a normal dinner and went for a strenuous walk with the dogs. I felt off like I was crashing after the walk and ate some sausage & cheese. I paid for it with a larger than my recent normal morning rise. I walk Gary who is 70 pounds of solid muscle! He pulls until the halfway point which means I get walking exercise along with resistance training π l repeated that last night within eating and better results today. New meter bouncing around Sat & Sun seems to have calmed down today! Hope everyone has a great week! π
