I haven’t been posting my line lately because it consistently looks like this! I’m enjoying so much the results of fasting. I was terrified at first thinking about not eating for extended periods, but after 2 weeks it’s becoming my norm! We used to eat out as a tradition on Friday nights. Tonight will be a prime steak I will cook on my charcoal grill…ending my fast with that is something I’m looking forward to! Be well all!!!
