Hadn’t stepped on the small box since May. I stepped on this morning and got the results. We all know our weight can fluctuate daily so my results seem fine. I really don’t focus on the BMI # as I rather go with the waist to height ratio. For the last 2 months I increased my dairy consumption - cottage cheese & yogurt and have “felt” like I’d either been gaining weight or bloated. My exercise routine has remained consistent - the only thing I stopped doing was adding a teaspoon of daily creatine to my drinks or food. Considering where my health was years ago and that I was probably close to the 40% Body Fat category from when I began this journey 5yrs ago, the results speak for themselves.
