I don’t have a fasting meter, so I can’t show my fasting duration. For me it’s simple…one meal a day no snacking. I’m maintaining my 100 blood sugar goal, and keeping my line within 70 - 126 is my range set point on my CGM app. I’m completely surprised that eating OMAD is coming easy for me. I’m sure it has to do with getting to a sugar level I’ve dreamed about for many years.
