So grateful that sticking to my plan of eating, including fasting, has alleviated almost all of the physiological hunger. However, wondering if the psychological drive to overeat will ever lessen. I use so many tools for support/distraction—-meditation, exercise, sauna, journaling, etc and they help some (can’t imagine how it would be without them) but my food addiction brain seems to be just as strong as ever! Anyone else feel this way?
