I realized that phrase is exactly what I've done since transitioning into a ketogenic lifestyle. True success comes from abandoning the struggle of calorie counting and forced willpower to embrace biological alignment. By removing metabolic triggers like sugar and starches, I've allowed my body's natural chemistry to regulate health without the constant battle of restriction. I have essentially traded an unsustainable fight for a system that works with my own physiology. Cheers!
