Morning Check In: yesterday went well! With an unexpected twist at the end of the day when I heard a friend was in town for the Super Bowl. A quick 2 hour trip to San Francisco last night, and we will meet for breakfast this morning! Breakfast! I haven’t eaten breakfast in years! Today will be breakfast and dinner, no lunch. My daily fast will be different, and that’s ok! Love the flexability of this lifestyle.
