Champion moment today! I've been working out for the last 1-3 months and have had small moments of enjoyment, but I haven't felt the endorphins or stress relief I thought I would. Tro and Brian told me to keep trying and that making the habit was the first step. I've changed things up (just walking, walking+a little weights, mostly weights and walking outdoors), but what was critical for today is reminding myself that I need to pursue these good things with the understanding that I may need to make some adjustments for my size and ability. I kept adjusting and leaning into those 'good' struggles which leads me to today. Today I started similarly to normal, but I was surprised that my energy started increasing rather than decreasing. I felt this momentum build and build. I carefully leaned into it, amped up the pace and had the longest workout. Now, I'm leaving feeling AWESOME! This isn't to toot my own horn or anything. Just a testament to listening to your body and trusting the process. Go out and win the day today!
