Morning Check In: knowing I was going to post my blood sugar reading today stopped me, once again, from eating something my body would regret! Yay for tools that help. This one helps me a LOT. Today two meals. No sugar/no grains but there might be half a sweet potato in the mix. Count macros! going to the gym.
