Morning Check In: yesterday went well! I did not end up keeping track of fat grams as it just got too complicated with the dinner I made (pizza with cauliflower crust, no meat but with lots of low starch vegies). To try and “guess” about how much fat I ate would have been too inaccurate. For me, it only feels useful to keep track of macros if I can be mostly accurate. Other than the cheese in the pizza, and the olive oil used to cook the vegies, and my eating some of the delicious beef jerky I made, the day had very little added fat. Blood sugar control was great! Today two meals. No sugar/no flour, but there might be half of a sweet potato with dinner (have not yet fully planned dinner). I’ll keep track of fats today! Going back to the gym this morning! And will do some yard work today if the sun comes out.
