Happy Monday morning! Decided to try the early bird 🐦 Sauna and pool exercise today. Got up at 5 a.m. Had my morning coffee and drove to the Y, drive time is 6 minutes from my house. It was pretty empty there that early. I did 25 minutes of sauna, followed by an hour and 20 minutes in the pool, walking, stretching, bending. I absolutely love it. I'll do resistance training 💪 this afternoon on my way home from work. Cheers!
