Hello Everyone-I haven’t posted in a while and thought I’d start with this… I’ve been at a huge plateau and I’ve known that the way to break it is to fast longer, but I just haven’t been able to bring myself to DO IT, as I sure love my 16:8 and 18:6 fasts, but I finally dug in and started to do some 20 hour or longer fasts. I can’t believe how much energy I get from fasting longer, and how much pain relief I get when I fast longer. The OMAD has been wonderful. I started off my longer fasting this past Saturday with shaved beef w/mushrooms and onions topped with A2 mozzarella cheese, and A2 Parmesan cheese. I put some of it on a new carnivore bun that I made from a Streak & Butter girl recipe on YouTube. It is without a doubt, one of the best substitutes I’ve ever had!
