Although I’ve been primarily keto with this group for over five years, I haven’t had the weight loss success I expected. Tonight during week 3 of Consistency Bootcamp, I realized that I have just swapped my old sugar/carb consumption with overeating fats. I just listened to Dr. Tro’s recording about the fat lever. I’m confused with hearing that while a low fat diet is not recommended, reducing/eliminating added fats is recommended. I am just unsure about how much fat I can/should be consuming that doesn’t make it “low fat” eating but still is low enough to be able to have more success in losing weight. I would love to hear some perspectives on this!
