Low Carb sloppy joes. -2 pounds ground beef -1.5 cups sugar free ketchup (homemade, store bought) - 1/2 onion chopped - 1/2 green or red bell pepper chopped - 1 tap garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp chili powder - 1 tbs musters -1/2 cup water 1. Heat beef, peppers and onions together and drain. 2. Mix all other food ingredients together and add with water and mix well. 3. Simmer for about 5 min and enjoy.
