I started using Cronometer Gold on October 20 of 2025 for tracking my progress on a ketogenic diet. Although, I had started the diet on July 29 of 2025. Because I eat much of the same things and pattern everyday, it's easy for me to track and see visually how I'm doing. Here's a snapshot from Cronometer on my daily carbohydrate average since I started using Cronometer. It's only one (although very important) piece of the puzzle for me.
