Morning Check In: Aaaaaah I do love having houseguests, but after 10 days I sure am happy to have my house back to “normal”! I am proud that during that time I did pretty well with my own food choices while having lots of tempting food readily available. Literally the MOMENT they left, I cleaned out the frig and pantry of all food I do not want to eat! Luckily there was not much left to throw out. Today, back to lovely usual habits! Two meals. No sugar/no starch today! Aerobic housecleaning and no sitting today! Get back to counting carbs, keep them below 30. Post my blood sugar every day! These are the habits that work for me.
