Tonight was take out from a local family owned Mexican place. It’s delicious, fresh & they’re so very accommodating! Typically I order ala carte steak fajitas & a side salad. 😋 But today I ordered the carnitas, just the meat! Added a side salad & used my own Primal Kitchen poppyseed dressing. It was a great meal & didn’t move the bg. Doesn’t get much better than that! *Always advocate for yourself & ask the questions! I guarantee you won’t be sorry! 😎☀️🫶
