Morning Check In: I’m feeling great about yesterday! The food I chose to eat at the restaurant for lunch did NOTHING to blood sugar! Dinner was leftovers from the day before, so no problem there either. I did go over my carb goal of 30, but that’s not too bad considering the food challenges of the day. And I’m down one more pound this morning. Today is another restaurant lunch and I’ll do my best once again. No starch/sugar with dinner. Walking today!
