I have been trying to figure out why when I eat the same way same amount of movement why my morning rise has been higher recently. We today I think I have figured out the culprit. Eating too much and my dinner. I realized that eating to satiety is something I need to pay close attention. I realized that I started eating more and more of low carb food. I was eating too fast, and consuming a larger amount of food using the full feeling only. Last night I portioned my food and today no excessive rise. I’m still weighing in my new normal range, but average sugar is up and I think I can trend that down with some common sense about portions. Starting to realize the long haul will have some bumps! Going to try OMAD in February with Tia & Vic’s help! I attached yesterdays line along with today’s to show the difference.
