I need to post in here more often for accountability! Felt like I slayed at the gym today. About a month ago, I was tapping out earlier. Couldn't do as many sets or different exercises as I had been able.to just a few weeks earlier. Consulted with the medical professionals during a routine visit...Drs. Tro and Laura adjusted meds and supplements after reviewing my labs. Today was the first day I felt like I was back at that previous level. Full body workout, with strength machines, kettlebells, and dumbbells. My favorite - the lateral elliptical. Hate regular ellipticals, but lateral is fun. Now winding down on the recumbent bike before a visit to the sauna.
