Anyone else tracking their stats and revisit occasionally? I use a google sheet and it lists all the blood markers below this section too. My progress has been slowwwwwww but it’s still progress! When I compare measurements to the last time I took them the progress looks 😕 but when I compare to when I restarted low carb, the progress is real. Keep calm and keto on (need to tell myself this daily)
