Had a good restful weekend which literally never happens.. 😁 stayed on diet IM PROUD. Today's plan is not as different as before (helps keep me on track lol) breakfast shake after coffee, hard boiled egg for lunch, a shake around 2pm, I think my husband is making salmon tonight... (Not huge on fish but il try. he cooks mine all the way through because I can't do raw, med or anything like that with when it comes to salmon. Have a great rest of your weekend.
