Happy Saturday everyone! Up early and walked the puppy this morning. Now onto my morning coffee. Break shake. Lunch will be some sliced cucumber and tuna. Tonight's dinner is ny strip with green beans that I grew this summer. Il squeeze in a second shake somewhere in there 😂 I make 3 servings a day = 3 cups which is 90g of protein. I drink throughout the day. ( Very low carbs also)
