Morning Check In: I made pizza yesterday for dinner - two versions, one with a low carb crust and one made with flour. I wasn’t even tempted to try the one with the flour because the low carb version was so yummy! Today will be two meals, I’m not sure yet what I will make for dinner. Lunch will be protein/no carb. Other son and his wife are coming for a visit later - we will have the whole family here! It is possible that I will decide to have sugar and/or starch today (very small amount), but the fact that I will be posting my blood sugar tomorrow is going to keep me accountable and radically honest with myself. Exercise today is yard work! I started a new CGM yesterday. It’s always interesting how it takes about 24 hours to settle down.
