Final Night Recap: Getting Back on Track During tonight’s meeting, we talked about Moment Zero and why getting back on track after eating off plan can feel so hard. Most of us know it doesn’t make sense to keep eating off plan. Yet it happens. We wait until Monday. After the holidays. The first of the month. So why the delay? Often, it’s not lack of knowledge, it’s shame, self-blame, and old thought patterns that keep us stuck. When those show up, even a small slip can turn into days or weeks off plan. When we avoid the shame spiral, recovery becomes much faster. Tonight, I emphasized: * Avoiding the shame spiral * Going back to basics * Eating more satiating foods, not less * Focusing on the next right step, not the entire future Another key piece is reaching out for help. There is no shame in needing support, only in struggling alone. Our message boards are full of people who have maintained significant weight loss for years. Use that experience. Ask questions. Stay connected. What’s Next: (No) Lunch — Intro to Fasting 🗓 Starts February 3 | 4-Week Group Now that you have a solid low-carb foundation, you may be ready for the next tool.
