The scale is brutal on self-esteem. A regular bathroom scale can show loss or gain, but it doesn’t provide whether or not the loss/gain is fat, water or muscle. All it shows is the impact of gravity on your body. Try to break up with the scale. In addition to labs, I track weight 1x/mo along with measurements and have done for years. 🥩
