Found some kettlebell exercises on YouTube. Found a nice one for beginners that won't kill me lol. 10 minutes 3x a day I can do that. Works total body. Not hard on my knees either. Just did it in my living room with my 5lb(I also have a 10lb) wooo I'm definitely out of shape 🤣😩even more reason to push on!
