My dinner last night after work and 45 minutes at the gym. One thing I have noted is how much energy I have now since transitioning to a TCR diet months ago. Last night around 7:30 pm I felt like I could go back to the gym again π The other thing I'm learning is the importance of including salt and minerals in a low-carb way of eating.
