Day 2 of getting back on track. Always starts with coffee a cup or 2 black with 1 Splenda. 😁 Then a protein shake I found a protein shake that I actually like which helps. Then for lunch will be 1 hard boiled egg and a slice or 2 of sharp block cheese. Later in the afternoon another shake and a bottle of water. Maybe a coffee. For dinner tonight is chicken tenderloin and red and yellow peppers (from my summer garden) if needed 1 last shake for the protein goal. I also bring a bottle water to bed for meds 😊 (it counts haha) I have new kettle bells I may look on YouTube for exercises for beginners just have to take it slowly (bad knees knee injections due again soon can't wait they help)
