I had another great day. Semi-fasted. Made it to the gym again this afternoon. I am currently practicing a method called Periodization-Deload/Recovery with my weightlifting routine. Go heavy as I can consistency for 4 to 8 weeks, followed by a week of consistent weight deloading at 50% to 70%. I also visited the local Y today. I have money on my Atrio Medicare Supplemental plan that is designated for health clubs, they have a couple of nice indoor pools, saunas and hot tubs. I plan to alternate my workout schedule with lifting at Planet Fitness and pool exercises and water walking at the Y. I'm excited!
