Morning Check In: Knowing I’m going to post my blood sugar from the day before kept me on track yesterday! And once again I managed to record my carb count too! I can feel the momentum of new habits forming and I like it. Today two meals, no sugar/no starch. Going to the gym this morning! I haven’t been to the gym since I got sick 10 days ago. And if there is a break in the rain, will go for a walk too.
