Morning Check In: I went for a much-need walk in the sunshine yesterday in a break from the rain. I hope we get that again today! Food-wise yesterday was “ok,” although I ended up snacking after dinner some. It has been very powerful for me to post my blood sugars daily. I’m going to start posting carb counts too - I hope I remember to do it! Forming new habits is always challenging, and I’ve found that recording food is one of those challenging habits to create! Today two meals. No sugar/no starch. Record food! Go for a walk.
