Yesterday while seated on a weight lifting machine, I looked down and realized how much my midsection has flattened in the past 5 months. My legs and thighs looked smaller through my gym pants as well. Losing 94 lbs so far will do that. I'm locked and loaded for a great 2026. I am really excited to continue cooperating with how my body was created to function optimally. Repetition and consistency is my chosen mantra for 2026.
