I have been "lazy" these past few days visiting family and catching a cold (again) and took it easy on sports - which is my way of saying I have not done any sports for a week! 🫣 Today I finally felt the rest was enough and I do not have to wait for the new year to "re-start" moving, thus, a nice long walk this evening outside at icy 1C (34F) and it felt sooooo gooood!!!!
